AMAN NAI LERT TOWER - BMU FACADE SYSTEM

ANL TOWER – BMU Installation Project

Location: ANL Tower
Scope of Work: Installation of Building Maintenance Unit (BMU)
Systems Installed:

  • Removable Davit Arm System

  • Skyrail System

  • Skyring System

We are proud to have successfully completed the installation of a comprehensive Building Maintenance Unit (BMU) system at ANL Tower, a modern high-rise structure requiring advanced access solutions for façade maintenance and safety compliance.

This project involved the integration of multiple façade access systems, tailored to the architectural and operational requirements of the building:

  • Removable Davit System: Designed for flexibility and ease of maintenance, this system allows for safe and secure suspension points, which can be relocated or removed when not in use—minimizing visual impact and maximizing usable rooftop space.

  • Skyrail System: Installed to provide continuous horizontal access along the building’s façade, this system supports suspended access equipment and ensures safe, smooth, and efficient movement for maintenance crews across extended spans.

  • Skyring System: Installed as a series of discreet, fixed anchor points—functioning similarly to eyebolts—Skyring units are positioned along the building’s roof edge. These are used primarily for rope access technicians to safely secure themselves while working at height or near unprotected edges. Each unit is engineered and tested to meet fall protection standards, ensuring maximum safety and compliance.

Our team handled the complete installation process—from initial design coordination and structural integration to final commissioning and testing—ensuring full compliance with international safety standards.

This project exemplifies our expertise in delivering custom-engineered façade access solutions that align with both architectural vision and long-term maintenance strategies. We are honored to contribute to the functionality and upkeep of one of the city’s prominent high-rise buildings.
